We understand how stressful it is when your pet suddenly becomes unwell. If you’re worried or think it may be an emergency, please call us straight away.

Daytime Emergencies

If your pet needs urgent care during our normal opening hours, please phone the clinic.

Our team will give you immediate advice and arrange for your pet to be seen as quickly as possible.

Night-time and Out-of-Hours Emergencies

When we’re closed, please still call 020 7856 0165

You will be directed to our dedicated emergency clinic VETERIS, who provide veterinary care overnight, at weekends, and on public holidays. They’ll give you advice and can arrange for your pet to be seen if needed. They have clinics, and a home visit service.

Our clients also have access to our remote vet service, where you can talk to vet any time of the day or night, all free of charge.

​

We work closely with our emergency service to make sure your pet’s treatment continues smoothly when we reopen.
