As an independent clinic, we're free to set and manage our prices - based on what we believe is important.
Our fixed prices are detailed on this page, but some services are difficult to price in advance due to variables from pet to pet.
If your pet needs medical or surgical care, we will always discuss your options and provide a clear and transparent estimate so that you can make an informed decision on how you want to progress.

Insurance claims made simple
We process pet insurance claims quickly, helping you reclaim costs without long delays. If you’re not sure what your policy covers, we’re happy to help you check before treatment goes ahead.
We can also submit direct claims (where the insurer pays us directly), subject to pre-authorisation, which we are happy to help you with. This means you only pay the excess, not the full bill up front.
