And although our £48 consult fee is the lowest in south-west London, there's a lot more to us than price alone.
Our pricelist is detailed on this page, and if your pet ever needs medical or surgical care, we'll of course provide clear pricing in a realistic estimate given to you before treatment commences.

Insurance Claims Made Simple
We process pet insurance claims quickly, helping you reclaim costs without long delays. If you’re not sure what your policy covers, we’re happy to help you check before treatment goes ahead.
We can also submit direct claims (where the insurer pays us directly), subject to pre-authorisation, which we are happy to help you with. This means you only pay the excess, not the full bill up front.
