You wouldn't expect to be separated from you human loved one if they were in hospital, and that's why it's our policy that you can stay with your pet while they are in with us

Get in touch well in advance of your trip, so that we can make sure your pet complies with the requirements of the country you are visiting

We have online, real-time appointment booking, online registration, and online membership sign up.
If online or messaging isn't your thing, just call us and we can do it all for you over the phone.
Laboratory
Our in-house laboratory allows us to run samples and get results within minutes. (Many clinics send their samples in the post to an external lab)
This means urgent treatment can be planned and started straight away, helping your pet recover much more quickly.
We can examine blood and urine samples, and swabs from ears, skin or wounds, meaning your pet gets the best level of care.

Puppies & Kittens
Puppies and kittens need extra support as they start to grow up, that's why we see them regularly in their first few months, to monitor their growth and development, and to get them used to coming in to see us.

Just for Cats
Cats need a bit of space away from dogs, we understand that!
We have a separate cat waiting room, with raised stands, cat pheromones, and calm lighting.
We have a dedicated cat consult room, and also a separate cat ward; so your cat can have a calm visit to see us.
